Summer is a wonderful time for active recreation, long walks, entertaining trips. But summer is also the perfect and most appropriate time to put your body in order. "How?" - you ask, and we will answer "From the inside!".
Winter is a difficult test for the digestive system. Heavy, plentiful food, getting into the stomach, is digested there for a long time, causing unpleasant sensations of congestion, excessive saturation.
But this is not the worst, the worse is that our body suffers greatly from the toxins accumulating in it.
In summer, it is very easy to help yourself with a very useful and simple menu. You don't have to be a highly qualified chef to be able to cook the miracle dishes that this menu consists of. Moreover, the most necessary ingredients grow right in your garden - these are, as you may have guessed, delicious and healthy vegetables.
We offer you a simple menu for one day of the summer diet.
In the morning, cook scrambled eggs with herbs and salad. Scrambled eggs are made like this: take dill, parsley, cilantro (any to your taste), chop it finely, pour it into a small container (for example, a glass or a bowl).
Break the required number of eggs (at the rate of three pieces for two) into the same container, add salt to taste and mix well with the herbs. Pour the resulting mass into a frying pan heated with a small amount of vegetable oil (the fire should be medium) and bring to readiness.
Salad can be prepared from the following ingredients: lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes. You can (and preferably) add the most diverse greens: parsley, dill, basil, cilantro, fennel ... Fantasize, choose "vitamins from the garden" to your taste.
Chop all the ingredients of the salad with a knife, add a little vegetable oil, salt, mix well. In no case do not use mayonnaise! You will still be able to eat them during the long winter, when the tables are full of salads like "olivier", "herring under a fur coat" and the like.
For lunch, we recommend cooking the following dishes: light soup with meatballs, boiled potatoes with butter and herbs. Cooking them is easy! Pour water into two saucepans.
Put well-washed new potatoes in one. It is not necessary to clean it and cut the tubers: firstly, because the potato peel contains a storehouse of vitamins, and secondly, if you cook potatoes whole, the vitamins contained in it will not collapse, and you will preserve their benefits as much as possible.
Put this saucepan on the fire - it will be the second. While it is cooking, take care of the soup. First you need to "mold" the meatballs: cut the lean pork into small pieces, cut half of the onion into several parts and scroll it all through a meat grinder or make minced meat in a food processor.
It is necessary to break one egg into minced meat so that it "holds its shape". After you thoroughly mix the minced meat, make small meatball balls out of it.
Put them to cook in a second pot of water. Next, cut the young green cabbage leaves and potatoes and put them in boiling water (to the meatballs). Prepare the dressing: one head of onion.
